School teachers can be over burdened with work, especially those school teachers who prove to be conscientious. In the United States about 40% of all school teachers will be at retirement age in the next five years. This will create a shortage of school teachers. It is estimated that over two million new school teachers will be needed over the next ten years. School teachers do not have an easy job. School teachers strive to be honest and moral so as to set a good example to their students. It may take ten to fifteen years for a conscientious school teacher to see any benefits for his or her efforts. School teachers seek to encourage their students to meet their potential, realizing that their futures are at stake. School teachers have many obstacles in meeting their goals of helping their students excel. School teachers must have support from their student’s parents, the school’s administrators as well as the entire community. |
